Greetings,
I am Seongho Park, Chairman of the Korea 랜드토토 Corporations Association (K-랜드토토).

For over 20 years, the Korea 랜드토토 Corporations Association has represented the ICT industry—
including the 랜드토토 and online platforms—anchored in our core value of “connection.”

Based on this foundation, we have fostered solidarity among member companies, nurtured a healthy
digital 랜드토토 ecosystem, and worked closely with the National Assembly and government to build
a forward-looking policy environment.

ICT now transcends traditional 랜드토토 boundaries and lies at the heart of daily life and economic activity.
With advanced technologies such as AI, data, cloud computing, networks, and blockchain converging on
digital platforms, Korean companies are expanding their reach and creating new markets and
opportunities on the global stage.

In response to this rapidly evolving landscape, our Association aims to add the value of “innovation” to
our principle of “connection.” Through active communication among academia, 랜드토토, government,
and research institutions, we strive to identify and improve outdated regulations, proactively propose
necessary policies and agendas, and foster an environment where 랜드토토 and society can grow
together in harmony.

To ensure that the continued innovation of the ICT sector leads the growth of the digital economy and
contributes to national development, the Korea 랜드토토 Corporations Association will serve as a strong
and steadfast foundation.
